Spend Earn Promotion: Terms & Conditions

Receive a $25 Promotional Gift Card for every $250 spent in a single transaction. This offer is valid from 7/7/26 -7/17/26 and subject to the official policy rules below.

Qualifying Thresholds

• Subtotal Only: Qualifying spend is calculated on the order subtotal only.
• Exclusions: Shipping fees, handling fees, and taxes do not count toward the threshold.
• Gift Card Purchases: The purchase of gift cards is strictly excluded from this promotion.
• Incremental Rewards: Rewards scale continuously within a single order.
  • Example
    • Spend $250.00 – $499.99 Get a $25 Gift Card
    • Spend $500.00 – $749.99 Get a $50 Gift Card
    • Spend $750.00 – $999.99 Get a $75 Gift Card
• Must be applied to a single transaction, one completed order placed during the promotional period, for qualifying promotional threshold
  • Multiple orders may not be combined to meet a promotional threshold
• This promotion may not be combined with any other promotional offer.

Returns, Cancellations, & Adjustments
Any modification to your qualifying order will trigger a recalculation of your promotional reward and/or refund. Returns, cancellations, exchanges, chargebacks, or other adjustments to a qualifying order may result in the reduction, cancellation, or recovery of promotional rewards.

• Threshold Drops: If a return or cancellation causes your order subtotal to drop below a promotional threshold, the promotional gift card value will be adjusted.
• Voiding Cards: If the net subtotal drops below $250, the promotional gift card will be completely voided.
• Value Decreases: If a partial return drops your subtotal to a lower tier, the balance of the promotional card will be decreased to match the new threshold amount.
• Deductions From Refunds (Already Redeemed Cards): If you redeem the promotional gift card before initiating a return or cancellation, the following financial rules apply:
  • Refund Reduction: The full face value of the used promotional card ($25 per missing threshold) will be permanently subtracted from your return refund.
    • Example: If you spend $250, receive a $25 promotional card, spend that $25 card, and then return a $100 item from the original order, your cash refund will be reduced by $25.

Expiration & Restrictions
Promotional Gift Card: This promotional gift card is issued as part of a limited-time promotional offer, has no cash value except where required by law, and remains subject to these promotional terms.
Expiration Date: All promotional gift cards issued under this campaign expire on 10/15/26.
No Cash Value: Promotional cards cannot be redeemed for cash, check, or store credit.
Non-Transferable: Promotional Gift Cards may only be redeemed by the customer account that earned them and may not be sold, transferred, or reassigned.

Right to Modify or Cancel
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice in the event of fraud, technical errors, system failures, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control that impair the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion.

Errors and Omissions
We reserve the right to correct typographical, pricing, promotional, or other errors. Orders affected by such errors may be modified or canceled at our sole discretion.

Eligibility

• Valid only in the United States and Canada.
• Must be 18+ (if applicable).
• Void where prohibited by law.
• Only purchases made through parts.deutscheequipment.com qualify.
• Orders that are canceled, refunded in full, declined, charged back, or identified as fraudulent do not qualify for promotional rewards.

Timeline for Gift Cards to be issued
Promotional Gift Cards will be issued within 2 business days after the qualifying order has been accepted, payment has been successfully processed, and any applicable fraud review has been completed.

Fraudulent Order and Abuse Clause
We reserve the right to deny, cancel, or revoke promotional rewards if we suspect fraud, abuse, manipulation, or violations of these Terms.

Promotional Gift Card Terms

• Promotional Gift Cards are not reloadable
• Promotional Gift cards are sent via email. Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address. We are not responsible for promotional gift cards that are undeliverable due to incorrect email information or customer email filtering.
• Promotional gift cards may not be used to purchase additional gift cards

North Carolina Governing Law and Limited Liability

• Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina without regard to conflict of law principles.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from participation in this promotion.
• Where required by applicable law, these Terms will be interpreted and enforced in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
